Shah, states that respondent no.2 - Food Inspector died on 07.06.2004, i.e., prior to filing of the present Criminal Revision Application. A copy of the death certificate is also produced on record today. Learned advocate for the applicant Mr. D.K. Modi shall take necessary and remedial steps. For that purpose the Revision may be posted on 23.01.2013.
