The only prayer of the petitioner is to clear off the tax arrears due. In such circumstance, the petitioner shall be granted four monthly installments starting from 21.07.2014 and followed up with on every 21st of the succeeding months. On satisfaction of the demand as per the directions above, there shall be a demand raised for the future interest, which shall be satisfied as the 5th installment. Writ petition disposed of as above.
