1. This is a bail application pending since 2014. Called in revise. Mrs. Tabassum Hashmi, Advocate is present and stated that she is not counsel in this case.
2. Record shows that there is listing application filed by her in this very bail application but she submitted that probably the application has wrongly been filed as she is not counsel in this bail application and she is not appearing on behalf of applicants on whose behalf this bail application has been filed. No other counsel has put in appearance on behalf of applicants to press this application. Learned A.G.A. is present for State. In the circumstances, I myself have perused the record.
3. It appears that either trial has concluded or applicants have lost interest for any other reason and that's why none is present to press it. Therefore, by efflux of time, this application has rendered infructuous.
4. Dismissed accordingly.
