The petitioners appended that they will be arrayed as accused and arrested and detained in custody in connection with Crime No. 1089/2014 of Karunagappally Police Station which has been registered for the offences under Sections 143, 147 294 (b), 323, 354 and 447 read with Section 149 I.P.C. They seek for an order under Section 438 Cr.P.C.
2. Heard the learned Public Prosecutor.
3. It is submitted by him that the petitioners that are so far not made accused in the case.
In the result, this application is dismissed.
If the petitioners are arrayed as accused, the investigating officer shall comply with the procedure prescribed under Section 41 (A) Cr.P.C.
