This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed to expedite the Criminal Case No. 2381/2017 (Old No. 234/16) (State vs. Vinod and others) in case crime no. 32 of 2015, u/s 498A, 323, 504, 506 IPC and 3/4 D.P. Act, P.S. Badaut, Baghpat, pending before Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Baghpat.
It is submitted that the applicants are accused in the aforesaid proceeding and are facing trial since 2015.
Without entering into the merits of the case, the application stands disposed of directing the court concerned to expedite the aforesaid case and conclude the same, at the earliest possible, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, by fixing short dates provided there is no legal impediment.
