Petitioner has been granted benefit of third promotional pay scale vide order dated 16.1.2018. Petitioner asserts that such benefit was due and admissible to petitioner with effect from the year 2013, and that the authorities are not justified in extending such benefit to the petitioner w.e.f. 30.7.2017.
Sri Vivek Rai, learned counsel appearing for the respondent nos.1 to 4, submits that such grievance of the petitioner can be examined by the competent authority, at the first instance.
In the facts and circumstances, noticed above, this writ petition stands disposed of permitting the petitioner to approach respondent no.4, in respect of his grievance annexing all relevant materials in support of his claim, alongwith certified copy of this order, within two weeks from today. In case such a claim is raised, the same shall be examined by the authority concerned, in accordance with law, by means of a reasoned order, within a further period of three months, thereafter.
