The petitioners have filed this petition against a communication of the Sub-Divisional Officer, Farenda, District Maharajganj to the Incharge Station House Officer, P.S. Farenda, District Maharajganj. By this communication only a direction has been issued to the police that peace be maintained in the area.
The petitioners, it has been brought to the notice of the Court, have also filed a Suit which is pending consideration. The temporary injunction application has also yet not been decided.
The observations made in the order dated 14.11.2018 would not come in the way of the petitioners while they lead evidence in the suit.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
