The sole prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the Case No. 688 of 2017 (Sandeep Rai and Others vs. Ram Naresh Rai), under Section 35 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, which is pending before the court of Naib Tehsildar, Tehsil - Bansgaon, District - Gorakhpur, be expeditiously decided within a stipulated period of time.
It is, therefore, directed that the Naib Tehsildar, Tehsil - Bansgaon, District - Gorakhpur shall decide theCase No. 688 of 2017 (Sandeep Rai and Others vs. Ram Naresh Rai) within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, provided there is no legal impediment.
The writ petition is disposed of.
