Petitioner has not been able to show any locus to intervene in the matter. Public interest petition is otherwise not ordinarily entertained in service matters. The order under challenge merely directs the salary to be paid to an employee, in respect of which an enquiry is pending.
In the facts and circumstances, there is no justification for this Court to interfere in the order impugned, at this stage.
Dismissed, accordingly.
