JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner is conducting a cable T.V network in the name and style “Aditya Communications”. It is the case of the petitioner that he has all the licences to erect poles for drawing television cables to the respective customers. He received Ext.P4 notice from the Panchayat stating that the poles erected by him obstruct pedestrians and free movement of the vehicles. Against Ext.P4 notice, he submitted Ext.P5 reply before the Panchayat.
2. In the light of the limited prayer, there shall be a direction to the Panchayat to finalise the proceedings initiated as per Ext.P4 after adverting to Ext.P5 reply within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. Till finalisation of the proceedings as directed above, the Panchayat shall not take any coercive steps to remove the already erected poles.
This writ petition is disposed of as above.
