Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
This writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:-
"(i) issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the Naib Tehsildar, Tehsil-Budhanpur, District- Azamgarh / Respondent No. 1 to consider and decide the Mutation Case No. T201815060603379/31.12.2018 (Vinod Kumar Yadav Vs. Badami & Others) filed under Section 35 of U.P. Land Revenue Code, 2006 in respect of Arazi No. 261 (Area 0.253 Hectare) and Arazi No. 363Mi (Area 0.226 Hectare) total 2 Gatas (total Area 0.479 Hectare) in part of total share 871.91 Kari or 3532 Sq. Mtrs. the said property which is situated at Village-Kantalpur, Pargana-Atrauliya, Tehsil-Budhanpur, District Azamgarh, which is pending before Naib Tehsildar, Atrauliya, Budhanpur, District Azamgarh/respondent no. 1, expeditiously, within a specified period of time as this Hon'ble Court may fix in the interest of justice."
It has been stated that a mutation case filed by the petitioner is pending consideration since the year 2018.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with the observation that the court concerned may endeavour to decide the mutation case as expeditiously as possible.
