Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA and perused the record.
By means of the present transfer application the applicant is challenging the order dated 27.09.2018 passed in Transfer Application No. 977 of 2018 (Vinod Kumar Vs. State of U.P.) and further prayed for transferring the criminal case no. 353 of 2012 (State Vs. Ajay and others).
I have gone through the order dated 27.09.2018 passed by District Judge, Meerut, the order well reasoned and I do not find any good reason to interfere into the order or pass any direction in this regard.
