1. The petitioner claims that his application for grant of fire arm license is stated to be pending since 24.05.2018 before the respondent no.2-District Magistrate, Mainpuri.
2. Without entering into the merits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.2-District Magistrate, Mainpuri to decide the petitioner's application, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
