Heard learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Paras Nath Rai, learned Counsel for the opposite party.
The applicant has preferred the present contempt application for non-compliance of the final judgment and order dated 02.12.2020 passed in Writ - A No. 10725 of 2020 (Vinod Kumar v. State of U.P. & 4 others).
Today when the matter is taken up, an affidavit of compliance has been filed by Sri P.N. Rai, learned counsel for the opposite party. Along with the affidavit of compliance, the decision taken by the opposite party dated 12.10.2021 has also been appended. It is stated in the aforesaid affidavit of compliance that the order of the writ court has been complied with in its letter and spirit.
In this view of the matter, the Court is of the opinion that no further orders are required to be passed in the present Contempt Petition.
The contempt application is dismissed.
In case the applicant is still aggrieved, he may challenge the same before the appropriate forum.
