The sole prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial court to decide Suit No. 261 of 1999 expeditiously.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter is being fixed for evidence of the plaintiff. It is urged that since the suit is of the year 1999 a direction be issued to the trial court to decide the suit expeditiously.
Accordingly, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to the trial court to decide the suit expeditiously by fixing short dates and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
