Heard learned counsel for the applicant and perused the record.
By means of this contempt application, the applicant wants to get enforced the order of Settlement Officer Consolidation, Prayagraj passed on 7th June, 2021.
Considering facts and circumstances of the case this Court declines to issue notice firstly on the ground that U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953 and the rules framed thereunder provide sufficient provisions to get the orders passed by the Consolidation authority enforced and secondly when Settlement Officer Consolidation himself has asked for the police to enforce its orders, applicant should pursue the matter therein before the Settlement Officer Consolidation.
With the aforesaid observations, this contempt application is consigned to records.
