Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Shahar, Jaunpur (respondent no. 2) to decide Original Suit No. 1123 of 2010,Ram Raj Vs. Buddhu and another filed on 5.10.2010 within a stipulated period.
A perusal of the order-sheet indicates that only general dates are being fixed.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present writ petition is finally disposed of with the direction to the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Shahar, Jaunpur, respondent no. 2 to expedite the hearing of the aforesaid suit and decide the same on its own merit, in accordance with law, expeditiously provided there is no legal impediment and no unnecessary adjournments shall be granted to the parties.
With the aforesaid observations/ directions, the present writ petition is finally disposed of.
