The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial court to decide application under Order 39 Rule 2-A CPC in Original Suit No.87 of 2017, expeditiously.
A perusal of order sheet reveals that the trial court is already fixing regular dates for deciding the said application. As such no further direction is required to be issued at this stage.
