Heard Sri Ramendra Asthana, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Vikas Budhwar, learned counsel appearing for the respondents Corporation and perused the record.
By means of this writ petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has questioned the order dated 19th October, 2019 whereby the petitioner's offer of land has come to be rejected and consequently petitioner's candidature has been rejected.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has sought to urge that the revenue map and the sketched map that has been made the basis of the order impugned does not match with the revenue map, however, no revenue map of the village has been filed nor, any consolidation chak map has been filed of the village so as to appreciate the argument.
In such view of the matter, at this stage learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to file better writ petition annexing all the documents as are required for proper adjudication of the case.
The liberty prayed for is allowed.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
