The petitioner is the original informant and has prayed before this Court for fair investigation.
In view of the above, we direct the police authorities to conduct fair investigation in Case Crime No.0430 of 2020, under Sections 363, 366 IPC, Police Station Attmodoula, District - Agra.
With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
