A supplementary affidavit has been filed by learned counsel for the petitioner today which is taken on record.
In paragraph-4 of the supplementary affidavit, it has been stated that the Chairman, Administrative Committee, Pradeshik Cooperative Diary Federation Ltd. Lucknow has closed the inquiry proceedings under his order dated 24.7.2015, and thereafter, the petitioner has also been paid his retiral dues.
As this petition was filed for quashing the suspension order and inquiry in pursuance of the charge sheet, consequent to the retirement of the petitioner and payment of retiral dues, this petition has been rendered infructuous and is disposed of as such.
