A withdrawal application no. 6 of 2018 has been filed through Sri S.K. Tyagi, Advocate on behalf of the petitioner alongwith the affidavit of the petitioner stating therein that the petitioner has taken 'No Objection' from the previous counsel after paying all his dues.
Ms. Farzana Jamal holding brief of Sri S.K. Tyagi, learned Advocate on behalf of the petitioner submits that she has verified this fact from the previous counsel namely Sri Pramod Jain.
In view of the said facts as reflected from the affidavit dated 2nd December, 2018 and the statement of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the withdrawal application is allowed.
The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
