JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel.
The petitioner has filed the present writ petition praying that he is entitled for interest for the belated period of arrears of salary.
In this regard the petitioner should file an appropriate suit.
The writ petition is dismissed.
