The present revision is directed against the judgment and order dated 03.06.1996 passed by IVth Additional Sessions Judge, Hamirpur in Sessions Trial No. 246 of 1988 (State vs. Brijesh & ors.) under Section 307/34 I.P.C. and 5 Explosive Act, Police Station- Mahoba whereby opposite party nos. 2 to 4 had been acquitted.
Learned A.G.A., though appearing for the State-respondent could not point out any infirmity in the order dated 03.06.1996 From a perusal of the order impugned, this Court does not find any jurisdictional error, material irregularity or judicial impropriety in acquittal of the opposite party nos. 2, 3 & 4.
No interference is required.
The revision is found devoid of merits and hence, dismissed. Certify the judgment to the Court below, immediately.
