JUDGMENT / ORDER

(C.M.A.No.13294 (W) of 2012) This is an application for amendment.
The submission of learned counsel for the applicants-petitioners is that the order dated 08.04.2010 has been annexed as Annexure-5 to the writ petition, but due to mistake the same could not be challenged in the writ petition, therefore, necessity for challenging the same has arisen through amendment.
On due consideration, the application is allowed.
Learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner is permitted to carry out necessary amendment in the writ petition and file amended copy of the writ petition, within a week.
