Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent Nos. 1 to 3.
The petitioner has filed this petition seeking a direction from the District Magistrate to decide his application dated 30.07.2018 filed as annexure-1 to the petition.
A reading of the aforesaid application reveals that the petitioner is a social worker and a resident of the village and he wants an enquiry into the work of laying Kharanja.
The petitioner is not personally aggrieved by any act of the Gaon Sabha or the misappropriation of fund in laying Kharanja.
The petitioner has not approached this Court in a public interest litigation or in a representative capacity. Therefore, since no right of the petitioner has been infringed, he is not entitle to maintain this petition.
The writ petition is misconceived and is, accordingly, dismissed.
