It is the contention of learned counsel for the petitioner that the proceedings under section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 for the clearing of the Gaon Sabha land had been initiated and the next date fixed is 13.10.2021.
Under such circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, it is directed that the application filed by the petitioner on 15.3.2021 be decided within a period of two months from the date of presentation of a copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment. The copy of this order shall be duly certified by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
