CMA No.43107 of 2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that during the pendency of the aforesaid petition certain officers against whom the contempt petition had been instituted, have been transferred and for the aforesaid purpose the application for impleadment was moved. It has further been submitted that before the said application could be disposed of the said officers have further been transferred and in order to bring the new incumbent on record the petitioner has already moved C.M. Application No.51067 of 2021. In view of the fresh application moved, the instant application has lost its relevance and as such the same may be dismissed as not pressed. In view of the aforesaid, the application stands dismissed as not pressed.

It has been submitted that the instant application has been necessiated on account of the fact that the persons against whom the contempt petition was initiated have been transferred and now the new incumbents namely Dr. Rajneesh Dubey and Smt. Shakuntala Gautam may be impleaded as opposite parties no.5 and 6.
The Court has considered the aforesaid application and in view of the facts stated in the accompanying affidavit there does not appear to be any legal impediment in allowing the same. Accordingly, the application for impleadment is allowed. Learned counsel for the petitioner shall carry out the necessary amendment within ten days and implead Dr. Rajneesh Dubey and Smt. Shakuntala Gautam as opposite parties no.5 and 6.
Let notices be issued to the newly impleaded parties.
Steps be taken within two weeks.
