By way of the instant petition, the petitioner has prayed for issuance of a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the court below to decide Appeal No.T201913380203256 of 2019, Nanheram Sharma and others Vs. Vinod Kumar Shamra, before the court of Assistant Collector Ist Class, Dhanaura, District Amroha, expeditiously.
I have considered the submissions advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.
It is expected that the court below concerned shall expedite and conclude the proceeding of the aforesaid case expeditiously within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order before it after affording opportunity of hearing to both the parties in accordance with law, if there is no other legal impediment on its way.
With the aforesaid direction, this petition is disposed of.
