Hon'ble Alok Mathur,J.
1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents while Sri Sudhir Bharti has accepted notice for respondent No.7-Gaon Sabha.
2. In view of the order proposed to be passed, requirement of issuance of notice to respondent nos. 4 to 6, is hereby dispensed with.
3. Instant petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for direction to respondent No.2 i.e. Commissioner, Gorakhpur, Gorakhpur Division, Gorakhpur to decide revision No.450 of 2012-13, computerized Case No.C-20130500001477 in respect of proceedings under Section 229-B of U.P.ZA. and L.R. Act, expeditiously. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grievance of the petition would be sufficiently met in case respondent no. 2 aforesaid considers and decides the aforesaid case in the time bound manner.
4. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the aforesaid prayer.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without entering into the merits, respondent no. 2 i.e. Commissioner, Gorakhpur, Gorakhpur Division, Gorakhpur, is directed to decide revision No.450 of 2012-13, computerized Case No.C- 20130500001477 in respect of proceedings under Section 229- B of U.P.ZA. and L.R. Act, expeditiously, say within a period of eight months from the date of production of a copy of this order, in accordance with law, if there is no legal impediment.
6. It is further directed that the parties to the case shall cooperate in expeditious disposal of the case and shall not seek any unnecessary adjournment, neither any such adjournment shall be granted by the Court concerned, except in exceptional circumstances.
7. With above observations/directions, the writ petition stands disposed of.
