This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing the charge sheet No. 114 of 2015, dated 03.03.2015 arising out of Case Crime no. 148 of 2015, under Sections 504, 506 I.P.C. and other consequential order against the applicants of Police Station-Kotwali Auraiya, District Auraiya and further proceeding of Criminal Case No. 892 of 2015 (State Versus Vinod Kumar Pandey and others), pending in the court of C.J.M. Auraiya.
Learned A.G.A. submits that charge sheet was filed on 03.03.2015 and cognizance was taken in 2015. The offence for which the applicant is being tried is bailable.
At this belated stage, I am not inclined to interfere with the matter nor any ground has been made out by the applicants.
The application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is, accordingly, dismissed.
