By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has come to this Court stating that respondent no.8 with the permission of the District Magistrate and Agency of the Indian Oil Corporation is establishing a retail outlet on the land of the petitioner without any title.
In case, the land of the petitioner is being encroached by any private individual or a Corporation, the petitioner has to go to civil court to establish his title over the land and getting the encroacher or interferer injuncted from such land. In writ proceedings such questions cannot be gone into. The writ petition is misconceived and is dismissed.
