Sri Sanjiv Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that this petition may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh as in the meantime fresh orders have been passed by Uttar Pradesh State Co-Operative Election Commission.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
