After some argument, Sri C.B. Gupta, counsel for the petitioner prayed for withdrawal of the petition with liberty reserved in favour of the petitioner to challenge the impugned orders, which are interlocutory in nature along with final judgment passed in appeal, in case, an occasion arises for challenging the final order.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed of as withdrawn, with liberty in terms of the prayer made.
