Heard Mr. B.D. Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Triloki Singh, learned counsel for respondent no.2.
Having regard to the nature of prayers made in the writ petition, we allow the petitioner to make an application for mutating his name in respect of the property purchased by him vide registered sale deed within a period of four weeks from today. If the petitioner makes an application, the respondents- authority shall consider the petitioner's application independently and examine his case on the basis of documents submitted by him in support of his claim and pass appropriate order within a period of twelve weeks from the date of presentation of the application. It is made clear that we have not examined merits of the case.
The petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
