After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to press this petition at this stage as he is pursuing remedy in civil court regarding the partition of the agricultural holdings in respect of which a land has come to be offered by the petitioner.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn at this stage.
