The instant application under section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing of the Non bailable warrant dated 4.11.2017 passed in Case No. 23 of 2013 (New No. 4710 of 2017) (Shankar Singh Vs. Vinod Kumar Bhatnagar and others) under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 406 IPC, Police Station Sikandra, District Agra pending in Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-Vth, Agra.
Learned counsel for the applicant has made limited prayer that the applicant is willing and ready to appear before the court below as directed by this Hon'ble Court.
In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is disposed of with direction that the applicant shall appear on or before 3.5.2019 before the court along with appropriate application and the same shall be decided expeditiously, preferably within two months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before it.
Till the disposal of the said application the non bailable warrant dated 4.11.2017 shall be kept in abeyance.
The application U/s 482 Cr.P.C. is disposed of accordingly.
