Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has submitted a complaint to the respondent no. 2 regarding irregularities being committed in the running of fair price shop of Town Area Gopiganj, Tehsil-Gyanpur, District Bhadohi which is pending consideration.
In view of above, the respondent no. 2 shall examine the veracity of complaint and after hearing all necessary parties including respondents no. 4 and 5 pass appropriate orders in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within a period of five months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order and a fresh copy of the complaint.
The Court has not gone into the veracity of the assertions in the writ petition nor has the claim of the petitioner been judged on merits. It is for the competent authority to do so after independent application of mind.
The writ petition is disposed of.
