The only prayer made in the writ petition is to command the authorities to consider petitioner's representation dated 16.11.2021.
The representation apparently is to Superintendent of Police with the grievance that there is a threat to the life and liberty of petitioner. Case Crime No.808 of 2021 has otherwise been lodged by the petitioner.
In the event petitioner's application has not been considered remedy available to him would be to institute appropriate proceedings under section 156(3) Cr.P.C. No direction is, therefore, required to be issued to the Superintendent of Police concerned.
Leaving it open for the petitioner to pursue his remedy either under section 156(3) Cr.P.C. or by filing private complaint, this writ petition is consigned to records.
