JUDGMENT / ORDER

Ashok Bhushan, Ag.CJ.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned State Attorney. No notice is being issued to respondents 4 and 5, in view of the order, which is being passed. Respondents 4 and 5 are at liberty to make application for variation of the order, if so advised.
2. The petitioners by this Writ Petition have prayed for a direction prohibiting respondents 2 and 3 from harassing the petitioners by way of summoning them to police station time and again. The petitioners' case is that they had purchased a property by sale deed dated 27.4.2012 from respondents 4 and 5. The police have called the petitioners on several occasions and are putting pressure on them for reconveying the property. It is submitted that a suit has already been filed as O.S.No.1186 of 2014 by respondents 4 and 5 for prohibitory injunction, which is pending.
WP(C).27250/14 2
3. The learned State Attorney, after obtaining obstruction, submitted that a complaint was received by the Police on 27.7.104 and Crime No1286/2014 was registered against the petitioners. It is also submitted that an investigation was made by the Police authorities and final report has been filed on 9.9.2014.
4. In view of the statement made by the learned State Attorney, it is clear that the Police is not taking any further action against the petitioners calling them to police station and having already engaged the matter before the Civil Court, we are of the view that the Police authorities have nothing to do with the matter.
Recording the submission of the learned State Attorney, the Writ Petition is closed.
