The present criminal revision has been filed challenging the charge sheet dated 22.3.2001 submitted in Case Crime No. 69 of 2001, under sections 8/20 of the N.D.P.S. Act, P.S. Sadar Bazar, as well as the order dated 27.3.2001, whereby it has been directed by the concerned Sessions Judge that case be registered and the accused be summoned for 27.4.2001 for giving documents relied upon by the prosecution.
Admittedly, no interim order was passed by this Court staying the proceedings of the Court below.
In view of the above, by efflux of time, the present criminal revision has been rendered infructuous. It is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous.
