By means of present petition, the petitioner has challenged the order of the court below by which transfer application for transfer of the suit has been rejected.
In the Considered opinion of the Court, another transfer application shall lie before this Court under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 and no petition is maintainable under Article 227 of the Constitution.
In view of above, this petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the High Court by means of transfer application.
The petition is consigned to record.
