Petitioner's son filed Writ Petition No.8080 of 2018 which was disposed of vide following orders passed on 19.3.2018:-
"Heard Sri Krishna Kant Vishwakarma for the petitioner and Standing Counsel for State of U.P.
This writ petition has been filed for mandamus directing Director General, Deen Dayal Upadhyay, Rajya Gram Vikas Sansthan (respondent-2) to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 18.8.2017.
A perusal of the representation shows that father of the petitioner was a Class IV employee. He died in harness on 13.11.2014. The petitioner has moved a representation dated 18.8.2017 for his compassionate appointment and payment of terminal dues, which is pending.
The writ petition is disposed of directing Director General, Deen Dayal Upadhyay, Rajya Gram Vikas Sansthan (respondent-2) to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 18.8.2017, by a reasoned and speaking order, within two months from the date of producing a certified copy of this order before him."
The Director General, Deen Dayal Upadhyay, Rajya Gram Vikash Sansthan, Lucknow has passed a consequential order dated 31.1.2019, accepting the claim of petitioner's son for grant of compassionate appointment and for release of all balance dues, within a month.
Grievance of the petitioner is that despite order dated 31.1.2019 passed by the Director General, the dues payable to petitioner’s late husband as also family pension etc. has not been paid so far.
Learned Standing Counsel submits that the grievance of the petitioner shall be examined by the authority concerned, in accordance with law.
In the facts and circumstances, noticed above, writ petition stands disposed of, permitting the petitioner to represent her grievance before respondent no. 3 alongwith certified copy of this order within a period of two weeks from today. Petitioner shall be at liberty to annex all materials in support of her claim.
The authority concerned shall examine the petitioner's grievance, in accordance with law, within a period of 3 months thereafter. All consequential action shall be taken accordingly Order Date :- 26.7.2019 n.u.
