THIS REVIEW PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:-
ORDER Mr.Vivekananda S., learned counsel for Smt.Gangabai V., learned counsel for the petitioners.
Mr.H.Mallan Goud, learned counsel for the respondent Nos.1 and 2.
2. The petition is admitted for hearing. With consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the same is heard finally.
3. By this petition, the petitioners inter alia seek review of the order dated 09.09.2019 passed in W.P.Nos.12273-277/2019.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that infact the petitioners sought the liberty to submit a representation to the Registrar of Companies with regard to their grievance and the Registrar of Companies be directed to decide the representation which may be submitted by the petitioners.
5. The aforesaid prayer has not been fairly opposed by the learned counsel for the respondent Nos.1 and 2.
6. In view of aforesaid submissions and as agreed to by the learned counsel for the parties, the order dated 09.09.2019 passed in W.P.Nos.12273-277/2019 is hereby modified with liberty to the petitioners to submit a representation with regard to redressal of their grievance. Needless to state that in case such a representation is submitted, the same shall be dealt with by the Registrar of Companies in accordance with law expeditiously within a period of eight weeks from the date of submission of the representation.
Accordingly, the review petition is disposed of.
