As recorded in the order dated 22.2.2012, this application is not pressed qua applicant No.1-Vinkesh Shamjibhai Patel and, hence, this application is disposed of qua applicant No.1-Vinkesh Shamjibhai Patel.
Considering the averments and grounds mentioned in the application and particularly the submission about limitation, and applicant Nos. 2,3 and 4 cannot be said to have any 'domestic relationship' and they had 'shared house-hold' as defined under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005.
Considering the above, ad-interim relief in terms of paragraph 8(B) qua applicant Nos. 2,3 and 4 till 11.4.2012.
