Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the order dated 1.2.2012 shall remain in force subject to the modification that it will be open for the Investigating Officer to verify relevant record from the revenue office including Talati and Mamlatdar and also to record statement of the legal heirs of deceased Chunibhai Desaibhai Patel who died on 7.3.1973 as per the pedegree [at page 80 of the compilation].
