JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. Learned counsels for the parties have jointly requested for disposing of this matter, as both of them are having instructions from the respective clients for settling the matter.
2. Shri Dipak Dave, learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that he has been instructed by the petitioner to offer Rs.60,000/- to the workman on behalf of the Company towards full and final settlement of all her claims arising out of the award and in addition to this the petitioner would cooperate and do the needful in helping the workman in receiving her provident fund amount from the provident, if any, if admissible to her.
3. Shri Upadyay, learned counsel for the respondent workman submitted that the respondent workman has instructed him to accept this proposal towards full and final settlement of all her dues arising out of the litigation namely Reference (LCA) No.118/94 as well as services and urges that the petitioners may help and do the needful for realizing the provident fund amount, if any admissible from the authorities to the workman concerned.
4. In view of the aforesaid statements, the petition is disposed of. The award is modified. Now, as per the modified award the petitioners shall pay Rs.60,000/- to the respondent workman on or before, 02.07.2012 and on respondent approaching the petitioner for any provident fund dues admissible to her from the authorities, then do the needful so that the same could be settled as soon as possible. Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent. No costs.
