Heard Sri Shyam Shanker Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri Deepak Mishra, learned AGA for the State and perused the impugned F.I.R. as well as material brought on record.
The relief sought in this petition is for quashing of the F.I.R. dated 22.05.2019 registered as case crime no. 0455 of 2019 under section 279, 147, 148, 149, 504, 308 IPC, PS. Kasna, District Gautam Budh Nagar.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has not annexed the copy of the medical examination report of the injured.
The writ petition is thus dismissed with liberty to file afresh annexing the medical examination report of the injured.
