Heard Sri Siddharth Khare, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Vikram Bahadur Yadav, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.
The counsel for the parties agree that the controversy involved in this case is covered by the decision dated 6.12.2017 in the case of Gopal Tiwari Vs. State of U.P. and 3 others (Writ-A No.58125 of 2017).
That being the case, this writ petition is also disposed of in terms of the aforesaid judgment.
In the result, the impugned order dated 4.4.2016 cannot be sustained and is quashed. The writ petition is accordingly allowed.
