Mohanan, J The above Mat. Appeal is directed against the judgment dated 14/8/2012 in O.P. No.226/2012 of the Family Court, Muvattupuzha at the instance of the petitioner in the court below. By the impugned judgment, the Family Court dismissed the O.P. filed by the appellant for setting aside the sale deed. During the pendency of the above appeal, the matter was referred for mediation and the Nodal Officer, vide his letter No.1316/1 dated 12/11/2014 forwarded the report of the Mediator. The Mediator, as per the above report, reported that the matter is mediated and settled and he has also forwarded the Memorandum of Settlement signed by the parties to the appeal and their respective counsel. We have perused the M.A.569/12-C :2:
Memorandum of Settlement, which forms part of this appeal. Both counsel appearing for the appellant as well as the respondents submitted that this appeal can be disposed of in terms of the above settlement. Accordingly, we dispose of this appeal in terms of the settlement referred above.
